Lead Generation & Networking

  • Build your own book of business through proactive outreach, networking, and social selling.

  • Identify, connect with, and nurture qualified leads.

  • Be visible and active in industry circles and online communities.

Sales Execution

  • Understand client needs and tailor compelling solutions.

  • Deliver polished product demos and persuasive sales presentations.

  • Negotiate and close deals — and consistently beat your targets.

Tech-Savvy Selling

  • Use CRM tools (like HubSpot) to manage your pipeline and track performance.

  • Leverage data and analytics to refine your sales approach.

  • Stay current with emerging tools and trends to work smarter.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Align with leadership on regional sales strategies.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and regular activity reports.

  • Share insights and best practices to elevate the entire sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of self-generated leads and sales success.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social selling and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with the industry-specific sales processes and client needs.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving sales environment.
